What a wonderful Savior we have

Pascal and I are blessed to have been able to attend one of the Secret Church gatherings last night. It is an intensive 6 hour Bible study that is hosted by David Platt, a pastor in Alabama, and is simulcasted on the web. It is truly humbling when we think of the doctrines of salvation, regeneration, adoption, etc. We were encouraged and strengthened in our faith after looking at all the scriptures that speak of the great salvation God has provided for us. We truly deserved only the wrath of God, but in His grace, He extended His hand and called us to new life in Him! We were dead, and now we live. He has provided the way of salvation through His son Jesus-Christ. What an amazing and marvelous God we serve. May you have a blessed Easter as you contemplate the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus-Christ.
